REF Scholarship Programs is organizing a two days professional training, entitled `Nuts and Bolts of Project Development and Implementation for Community Development Small Scale Projects` for 40 Law and Humanities Program (LHP) of current beneficiaries and alumni.
The training takes place in Conference Centre Summit, Chisinau, 16 – 17 March, 2013
The LHP in-country Professional Training is organized around the topics of small-scale community development project designing, management practicalities, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, or any challenges in project implementation through practical exercises, responding to enhance the development of the network between LHP beneficiaries and LHP alumni by providing the opportunity of a common event with their active involvement and group work. The training also targets to help LHP former and current beneficiaries improving their professional skills in one particular area depending on their specific needs, increasing chances to succeed in their professional development process.
Training guest speakers will be Nicolae Radita, president of National Roma Centre Moldova; Marin Alla, president of Tarna Rom Union of Young Romas of Moldova. The training will be guided by Silvia Bicenco, training manager at IREX Moldova.
