Roma Education Fund in Serbia extended deadline for Tender Procedure for Designing and Printing of the Project Promotional Material /Fondacija za Obazovanje Roma je produžila rok Javnog poziva za podnošenje tenderske dokumentacije za usluge izrade i štampanje projektnog promotivnog materijala u Srbiji

Roma Education Foundation in Serbia (REF) commenced implementation of the project “Guiding Roma Youth to Quality Education and Employment: QualiROM” which is part of the extended project of the German-Serbian development cooperation “Support to Social Inclusion in Serbia” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy. /Fondacija za obrazovanje Roma u Srbiji (FOR) je započela realizaciju  projekta „Usmeravanje mladih Roma i Romkinja ka kvalitetnom obrazovanju i zapošljavanju: QualiROM” koji je deo šireg projekta nemačko-srpske razvojne saradnje “Podrška socijalnim uključivanju u Srbiji”, koji sprovodi Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, u saradnji sa Ministarstvom za rad, zapošljavanje, boračka i socijalna pitanja.

The project will focus on providing opportunities for young Roma to explore, connect and practice their skills for job seeking though i) career fairs, networking events and direct communication with employers and ii) opportunities to gain practical experience though internships and online professional coaching. /Projekat će se fokusirati na pružanje mogućnosti mladim Romima i Romkinjama da istraže, povežu i praktikuju svoje veštine za traženje posla putem i) sajmova karijera, događaja umrežavanja i direktne komunikacije sa poslodavcima i ii) mogućnosti za sticanje praktičnog iskustva putem stažiranja i onlajn profesionalne obuke.

REF is planning up to several meetings with the proejct beneficiaries out which the most prominent are three (3) networking events in Serbia, one (1) career accelerator event and two (2) career fairs in Serbia (south, west, east, central and north). In addition to the organization of the events, the proejct staff will be traveling thoughbout Serbia ensuring that the project activities are eficient and key stakeholders commited to Roma employability./ FOR Srbija planira nekoliko ključnih događaja sa korisnicima projekta kao što su tri (3) događaja umrežavanja u Srbiji, jedan (1) događaj accelerator karijere i dva (2) sajma karijera u Srbiji (jug, zapad, istok, centralni deo i sever). Pored organizacije događaja, projektno osoblje će putovati kroz Srbiju i nastojanju da obezbede kvalitetnu realizaciju projektnih aktivnosti kao i punu posvećenost partnera u zapošljivosti Roma i Romkinja.

The contract covers the following primary components/ ugovor obuhvata sledeće primarne komponente:

 

Task 1. Visual Design: design graphics, select images, and choose colors and fonts that align with the REF visual identity/ Vizuelni dizajn: kreiranje grafike, odabrir slike, boje i fontove koji su u skladu sa vizuelnim identitetom FOR-a

 

Task 2. Layout Design: organize the text and images into an appealing and effective layout/ dizajn raspored: organizovanje teksta i slike u privlačan i efikasan raspored.

 

Task 3. Proofreading and Editing: review content for spelling, grammar, and clarity/ lektura i uređivanje: pregledanje sadržaj radi provere pravopisa, gramatike i jasnoće.

 

Task 4. Printing of the next materials/ štampanje sledećeg materijala:

  • Cover material/fascikle 230×310 x 130 pcs/kom
  • Notebooks/sveske A5, 50sheets/list. binding/povez spirala x 130 pcs/kom
  • Metal pens/metalne hemijske olovke, print 4/0 x 130 pcs/kom
  • Cotton bags/ceger pamuk print 4/0 x 130 pcs/kom
  • Thermos bottles/termosi x 130 pcs/kom
  • Pop-up banner stand/baner samostojeći 1 psc/kom
  • Promo Stand for Career Fairs/ promotivni stand za sajmove zapošljavanja 1 psc/kom

Submission of tenders / podnošenje nabavke

Tenders must be submitted to the Contracting Authority at the following address: Majke Jevrosime 51, Belgrade (Stari Grad), Serbia.

Tenders must be submitted as one original copy, dated and signed, in a sealed envelope containing the following documents: financial proposal, technical proposal, and supporting documents. Additionally, the envelope must be accompanied by a cover letter, as outlined in Annex No. 4.

A. Submission of the Technical Proposal

Tenderers must complete and submit Annex No. 2, which should include a detailed technical proposal outlining the approach and methodology for renting a vehicles.

During the evaluation process, the contracting authority may request clarifications regarding the submitted tenders.

B. Submission of the Financial Proposal

Tenderers must complete and submit Annex No. 3, which should include a financial proposal. The tender price must be expressed in Serbian dinars (RSD).

C. Supporting Documents

Tenderers must provide all supporting documents that demonstrate eligibility and compliance, as specified in Section II of the Terms of Reference (ToR). This includes relevant company experience and, CVs of prposed experts and references from similar events.

 

Ponude se dostavljaju naručiocu na sledeću adresu: Majke Jevrosime 51, Beograd (Stari Grad), Srbija.

Ponude se moraju dostaviti u jednom originalnom primerku, sa datumom i potpisom, u zatvorenoj koverti koja sadrži sledeću dokumentaciju: finansijski predlog, tehnički predlog i prateću dokumentaciju. Pored toga, kovertu mora da prati propratno pismo, kao što je navedeno u Aneksu br. 4.

A. Podnošenje tehničkog predloga

Ponuđači moraju da popune i dostave Aneks br. 2, koji treba da sadrži detaljan tehnički predlog u kome se navodi pristup i metodologija za ispunjavanje uslova usluge. U toku procesa evaluacije, naručilac može tražiti pojašnjenja u vezi sa dostavljenim ponudama.

B. Podnošenje finansijske ponude

Ponuđači moraju da popune i dostave Aneks br. 3, koji treba da sadrži finansijski predlog. Cena nabavki mora biti izražena u dinarima.

C. Prateća dokumenta

Ponuđači moraju dostaviti svu prateću dokumentaciju koja pokazuje podobnost i usklađenost, kao što je navedeno u delu II Projektnog zadatka (ToR). Ovo uključuje relevantno iskustvo kompanije, biografije predloženih stručnjaka i reference sa sličnih aktivnosti.

Deadline for submission of tenders/ rok za podnošenje ponuda

Any request for additional information or clarifications regarding the Tender Dossier must be submitted in writing via email to office.serbia@romaeducationfund.org, no later than 04.11.2024 by 12:00 noon.  Responses to requests for clarification will be communicated to all operators invited to participate in the tender process. /Svaki zahtev za dodatne informacije ili pojašnjenja u vezi sa Tenderskim dosijeom mora se dostaviti u pisanoj formi putem mejla na office.serbia@romaeducationfund.org, najkasnije do 04.11.2024, podne 12:00 časova. Odgovori na zahteve za pojašnjenje biće dostavljeni svim operaterima koji budu pozvani da učestvuju u tenderskom procesu.  

Tender Opening:

The Tenders will be opened on Monday, 04th November, at 14:00. The opening will be held at Roma Education Foundation based in Majke Jevrosime 51, Belgrade (Stari Grad), Serbia.

All timely submitted tenders will be publicly opened at the specified time and location, ensuring a transparent and fair process. No tenders will be rejected during this session, except for those submitted after the deadline, which will be marked and returned unopened. During the opening, key details such as the name of each tenderer, the offered price, and relevant aspects of the submitted documents will be recorded in a formal tender opening report.

Otvaranje ponuda:

Ponude će biti otvorene ponedeljak, 04. Oktobra, u 14:00 časova. Otvaranje će biti održano u sedištu Fondacije za obrazovanje Roma u ulici Majke Jevrosime 51, Beograd (Stari Grad), Srbija.

Sve blagovremeno dostavljene ponude biće javno otvorene u određeno vreme i na određenom mestu, obezbeđujući transparentan i pošten proces. Tokom ove sednice neće biti odbijene ponude, osim onih dostavljenih nakon isteka roka, koje će biti obeležene i vraćene neotvorene. Tokom otvaranja, ključni detalji kao što su naziv svakog ponuđača, ponuđena cena i relevantni aspekti podnete dokumentacije biće zabeleženi u zvaničnom izveštaju o otvaranju ponuda.
