Roma Education Foundation in Serbia (REF) commenced implementation of the project “Guiding Roma Youth to Quality Education and Employment: QualiROM” which is part of the extended project of the German-Serbian development cooperation “ Support to Social Inclusion in Serbia” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Policy./Fondacija za obrazovanje Roma je započela realizaciju projekta „Usmeravanje mladih Roma i Romkinja ka kvalitetnom obrazovanju I zapošljavanju: QualiROM” koji je deo šireg projekta nemačko-srpske razvojne saradnje “Podrška socijalnim uključivanju u Srbiji”, koji sprovodi Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, u saradnji sa Ministarstvom za rad, zapošljavanje, boračka i socijalna pitanja.
The project will focus on providing opportunities for young Roma to explore, connect and practice their skills for job seeking though i) career fairs, networking events and direct communication with employers and ii) opportunities to gain practical experience though internships and online professional coaching. /Projekat će se fokusirati na pružanje mogućnosti mladim Romima i Romkinjama da istraže, povežu i praktikuju svoje veštine za traženje posla putem i) sajmova karijera, događaja umrežavanja i direktne komunikacije sa poslodavcima i ii) mogućnosti za sticanje praktičnog iskustva putem stažiranja i onlajn profesionalne obuke.
REF is planning at least three (3) networking events in Serbia, one (1) career accelerator event and two (2) career fairs in Serbia (south, west, east and north) targeting at least 130 project beneficiaries. In addition to the organization of the events, the participants envisioned to partake in the networking events, career fairs and career accelerator events are young Roma from at least 10 diverse municipalities of Serbia./REF Srbija planira najmanje tri (3) događaja umrežavanja u Srbiji, jedan (1) događaj accelerator karijere i dva (2) sajma karijera u Srbiji (jug, zapad, istok i sever) za najmanje 130 korisnika projekta. Pored organizacije događaja, učesnici koji su predvideli da učestvuju u događajima umrežavanja, sajmovima karijera i akceleratorima karijere su mladi Romi iz najmanje 10 različitih gradova i opština Srbije.
Submission of tenders / podnošenje nabavke
Tenders must be submitted to the Contracting Authority at the following address: Majke Jevrosime 51, Belgrade (Stari Grad), Serbia.
Tenders must be submitted as one original copy, dated and signed, in a sealed envelope containing the following documents: financial proposal, technical proposal, and supporting documents. Additionally, the envelope must be accompanied by a cover letter, as outlined in Annex No. 4.
A. Submission of the Technical Proposal
Tenderers must complete and submit Annex No. 2, which should include a detailed technical proposal outlining the approach and methodology for meeting the service requirements.
During the evaluation process, the contracting authority may request clarifications regarding the submitted tenders.
B. Submission of the Financial Proposal
Tenderers must complete and submit Annex No. 3, which should include a financial proposal detailing the costs associated with each service category. The tender price must be expressed in RSD.
C. Supporting Documents
Tenderers must provide all supporting documents that demonstrate eligibility and compliance, as specified in Section II of the Terms of Reference (ToR). This includes relevant company experience and references from similar events.
Ponude se dostavljaju naručiocu na sledeću adresu: Majke Jevrosime 51, Beograd (Stari Grad), Srbija.
Ponude se moraju dostaviti u jednom originalnom primerku, sa datumom i potpisom, u zatvorenoj koverti koja sadrži sledeću dokumentaciju: finansijski predlog, tehnički predlog i prateću dokumentaciju. Pored toga, kovertu mora da prati propratno pismo, kao što je navedeno u Aneksu br. 4.
A. Podnošenje tehničkog predloga
Ponuđači moraju da popune i dostave Aneks br. 2, koji treba da sadrži detaljan tehnički predlog u kome se navodi pristup i metodologija za ispunjavanje uslova usluge. U toku procesa evaluacije, naručilac može tražiti pojašnjenja u vezi sa dostavljenim ponudama.
B. Podnošenje finansijske ponude
Ponuđači moraju da popune i dostave Aneks br. 3, koji treba da sadrži finansijski predlog sa detaljima o troškovima vezanim za svaku kategoriju usluga. Cena nabavki mora biti izražena u dinarima (RSD).
C. Prateća dokumenta
Ponuđači moraju dostaviti svu prateću dokumentaciju koja pokazuje podobnost i usklađenost, kao što je navedeno u delu II projektnog zadatka (ToR). Ovo uključuje relevantno iskustvo kompanije i reference sa sličnih događaja.
