Teach for Romania and Roma Education Fund develop a training program for teachers based on the components necessary for inclusion, which come to complete the national curriculum.
The first training session of the 14 teachers Teach for Romania took place in April and addresses the issue of inclusion, segregation and racism.
The trainers:

- Ana-Maria Grădinariu (instructional designer, Teach for Romania)
- Luiza Medeleanu (Roma Education Fund, educational expert)
- Alexandru Zamfir (Roma Education Fund, educational materials development manager)
- Claudiu Grigore (content designer, Teach for Romania)
- Andrei Bărbos and Adrian Dumitrescu (teacher in program).
