Letter of intent RISP

Please read and follow carefully the instructions about Letter of intent as described below

A letter of intent for the RISP scholarship is written as a statement of purpose with which you will need to persuade the scholarship awarding committee that you deserve the scholarship to assist you to move to college/university and become the best in your selected profession. You need to list down your qualifications to show that you are capable, and you will surely be successful in your selected profession, reasons why you are worthy to be supported by a scheme established for Roma university students.

After you have discussed your plans for your studies, you can also talk about your previous academic records, any related academic extracurricular or work experience, or any extra skills or qualities, such as leadership or teamwork skills. You should be able to convince the scholarship awarding committee that you are very dedicated to your career. You should wrap up your letter of intent by re-iterating your short-term academic as well as long-term professional goals.

IMPORTANT: it is mandatory to provide contact information of one Reference person in page 4 in OAF in support of your RISP scholarship application. Referee person can be your mentor, university professor, teacher, community leader or representative of the organization you have volunteered for.

Please note that the reference person will be contacted by the Program staff for verification, clarifications and perhaps for additional information, so you are advised to supply contact information of individuals who thoroughly know your academic path, your values, aspirations, your quality assets, perseverance, leadership skills, community bonds or other.
