Dear scholarship recipients,
On behalf of the REF’s management, we would like to notify you that the first installment of the scholarships for the academic year 2020/21 is going to be transferred to your accounts during the next working week (Monday 22nd – Friday 26th of March 2021).
Due to some challenges in our GMS (Grant Management System) and bank administrative issues in the countries where we operate, regrettably, we were not able to do the payments of your scholarships earlier.
Additionally, the Chair of the Board and Directors of REF, Mr. Ciprian Necula, would like to invite you for a general discussion of the Scholarship Program and your future engagement. Country Coordinators will inform you properly about the exact date and time in the course of the next week.
We regret the inconveniences you encountered during the studies.
