Alexandre Marc, Executive Director and Semsi Sainov, country facilitator of REF, participated in the meeting organized in Torino, to launch the European Training Foundation project. A number of representatives of NGOs and agencies implementing REF projects had also been invited.

Alexandre Marc, Executive Director and Semsi Sainov, country facilitator of REF, participated in the meeting organized in Torino, to launch the European Training Foundation project. A number of representatives of NGOs and agencies implementing REF projects had also been invited.
Alexandre Marc presented REF and both REF staff participated in the discussions. During the meeting, REF staff discussed also with ETF managment the possibility of starting some joint projects and discussed with representatives of the European Commission, the REF approach in pre-accession countries and the possibility of orienting more some of the pre-accession funds towards education of Roma children.
